Dog Walking - Group Romps

Our dog-walking clients don't just go on dog walks... they have adventures! Dog walks are group outings to the beach or trails for a minimum of one hour. Dogs are usually off-leash. Some of our favorite dog-adventure spots are Redwood Regional Park, Leona Canyon, Claremont Canyon, the Albany Bulb, Strawberry Canyon, Pt. Isabel, and the Bridgeview Trail. We have permits with the East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) to take up to six dogs each on EBRPD trails. All dogs in our groups are up-to-date on shots, neutered or spayed, and good with other dogs. We're not dog trainers but we do constantly reinforce good trail manners. We pick up and return your dog to your home, rinsing and/or toweling your dog off as needed before we leave your relaxed and happy dog to wait for you. Dogs are usually out of the house two to three hours, including travel time, but your dog will always get a minimum of an hour actually hiking the trails.

Pricing for group dog adventures is for regularly scheduled dog walks (a minimum of twice a week, every week). The price is $35 for dogs to join a group on an “as needed” basis for an adventure hike.

Dog Walking - Leash Walks

We do individual leashed neighborhood dog walks for reactive dogs or those who need individualized attention. This option may also be appropriate for a senior dog or one who’s recovering from a surgery or other health issue. We’re happy to use positive reinforcement to reinforce training or just because it’s fun! We can use some of the time for belly rubs and snuggles, too.

Drop-In Visits

We do drop-in visits for cats or other pets who need individual attention. Drop-in visits may include feeding, watering, scooping or changing kitty litter, playing and giving treats, and ear scratches to full body massage! Sometimes clients have us water their tomato plants, take in their mail, and turn on different lights in the home to give the appearance that they’re home. Our drop-in visits start at $35 for a half-hour visit and $45 for an hour visit.
